Consultancy, small assignments and additional work: fixed hourly rate

For advice, support, additional work, or smaller assignments, we work on an hourly rate basis. This includes individual development tasks, technical support, code reviews, optimizations, or assistance with integrations.

  • Projects: invoicing according to the agreed milestones.
  • Consultancy / individual assignments: invoicing based on post‑calculation (actual hours worked).

We want to provide all our T‑Box users with clear and reliable support. That’s why we offer a standard Basic SLA, with the option to extend it to Extended, Premium, or even tailored solutions through a Custom SLA.
