When using our reservation system, we obtain certain data from you. This can be personal data. We only store and use the personal data directly provided by you, within the scope of the requested service, or of which it is clear upon submission that they are provided to us for processing.

  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Payment Details
  • IP Address

Registration

In certain parts of our reservation system, you may need to register first. After registration, we store the personal data provided by you under the chosen username. We store this data so that you do not have to enter it again each time and so that we can contact you in the context of executing the agreement.

We will not provide the data linked to your username to third parties unless it is necessary for the execution of the agreement you conclude with us or if legally required. In case of suspicion of fraud or misuse of our reservation system, we may hand over personal data to the competent authorities.

Portal Access

With our portal, you can access an administration environment where you can set, specify, and modify things yourself.

Order Handling

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data for the processing of it. If necessary for proper processing, we may also provide your personal data to third parties. You can read more about this later in this privacy statement.

Contact Form and Newsletter

We offer the opportunity to ask questions via a contact form on our reservation system, where you are asked to fill in various details to process your question. You choose which data you provide. The data you send us will be stored for as long as necessary, given the nature of the form or the content of your email, for the complete answering and handling thereof.

We offer a newsletter to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Each newsletter contains a link that allows you to unsubscribe. Your email address is automatically added to the list of subscribers.

Publication

When using our reservation system, the following data is published so that it is visible on the internet for everyone:

  • Your NAW details
  • Information provided by yourself

You choose which information you publish. It is possible that you can be traced with this. Upon request, we anonymize information that has been published.

Provision to Third Parties

We may disclose your data to our partners involved in the execution of the agreement. These partners are (partly) located outside the EU.

In our reservation system, social media buttons are included. The administrators of these services collect your personal data through these buttons.
