Everything you want to know about companies using T-Box

'We add pieces of software to a business administration, often links, so that one whole is created. If the administration runs smoothly and is complete, it provides peace of mind, efficiency and convenience. That's what we're going for.'

Tom van den Broecke can almost blow out the first candle as a full stack developer. In this contribution he explains which customers are helped and use T-Box. In the past, Tom wrote a lot of software and was an IT manager at a large company.

What's in T-Box?

Tom: We add pieces of software to business administration, often links, so that one whole is created.

There is often an Exact package and a system B. Especially as companies grow, specific needs arise in the process and the software used. For example, when a customer outsources the logistics handling, but has its own sales department, or when collaborating companies purchase goods from each other. If the administration runs smoothly and is complete, it provides peace of mind, efficiency and convenience. That’s what we’re going for.

Which companies are helped by T-Box?

Tom: We now know many different companies that use T-Box. They often use an Exact administration package and want to automate additional matters within their company. This is often not possible in Exact Online itself. That is why additional systems are being sought. With T-Box we can often make it the way the company wants it. They know where to find us via the website or are referred to us by Exact employees.

Do you have some concrete examples?

Tom: Sure! Intercompany Logistics is one of the most concrete examples. Companies purchase a lot from each other, which leads to double actions in the process. For example, consider a wholesaler who also starts an online store. A separate company will be established for the webshop with its own administration. But of course all the goods are already there and are in stock in the wholesaler's administration.

When the webshop sells an order, the webshop must also purchase the goods from the wholesaler. This is a time-consuming process that is therefore often “straightened out” by companies on a weekly or monthly basis. With the help of T-Box, this manual work is no longer necessary. T-Box carries out all steps per order automatically. This makes your stock in the wholesale administration more consistent with what is actually in stock in the warehouse, and retyping orders becomes a thing of the past.

Another example is in this labeller application. Many companies that purchase goods choose to give the goods their own item number, or even purchase a GTIN code series so that the items can only be traced back to them.

When the goods arrive, they want to put a product sticker on the goods. You naturally want to do this based on the goods included in a purchase order. With T-Box you can easily print a label per order, receipt, sales order, delivery or work order receipt.

What can companies that are interested do?

Tom: We recently launched a new website. We are constantly updating the website and providing more information. A number of products can now even be connected by customers themselves. So it's super handy to have a look around there. You can also schedule a contact request on the website.

For new customers we offer a free intake interview, in which we think with you about the wishes or problems you encounter.

During the intake, we make a situational sketch of the systems that are used and map out where the greatest benefits can be achieved with automation. Based on that, we make a proposal and then we can get started.

You can also read customer stories on our website, in which we describe the links we have made and show how these customers experienced our services.
