'The administration thus resulted in a time-consuming hassle. Things can also go wrong with the manual entry and adjustments of purchase orders, sales orders and invoices from three different business units.'

Kris: 'With a non-linked Dutch and Belgian Exact Online administration, orders constantly had to be entered manually. After a takeover of a company in Den Bosch, the problem occurred in three areas. Our main warehouse contained a divided stock from three locations. The administration thus resulted in a time-consuming hassle. Things can also go wrong with the manual entry and adjustments of purchase orders, sales orders and invoices from three different business units.

T-Box Intercompany Logistics

T-Box Intercompany Logistics 'We found a solution in the Exact app store to link the three administrations,' says Kris. 'We placed our wish card on the table at T-Box; all entered orders had to be delivered from the warehouse of the administration that held the stock. For us, this meant that we could see the whole thing as one joint administration in which orders are processed centrally.

The T-Box consultant got to work on this. The implementation took longer than we initially expected, but in the end it all worked as expected. We are very happy with that.

After a few years a second development followed. We also wanted to link the item management into one central system, where we only make entries in one administration and this administration is leading for synchronization with all other administrations. This project also went well. There is always some adjustment required after going live. Fortunately, it was quickly picked up by T-Box employees.

In 2022 we moved to a new construction location. We then immediately started working on a new company takeover and the fourth administration will also be integrated with T-Box (ICL).

We are currently working on creating an additional link between the software of our technical service, which is spread across the various branches.

That will also bring us a lot of convenience, efficiency and time savings.'
